I liked the location of the hotel, agrees with a limited budget.

The location

I wished the carpeted areas got cleaned thoroughly, also didn’t get a slipper with me assuming they are available at the hotel. But they weren’t. That doesn’t mean the overall experience wasn’t good.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Good value for money and great service

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. I left my wallet at a nearby restaurant and the hotel staff managed to collect it for me. To my surprise, all the money was still inside! The hotel is very conveniently situated close to various restaurants for dinner outside of the hotel. It also has a pool to cool off after a long day of sightseeing.

Not much to complain about.

Would have liked it to be more than just one night.

Very nice location. Room was modern and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Felt safe staying there. Beds were comfortable. Everything listed on booking.com was correct. Little to no street noise.

Nice staff, very helpful. It's attached to a small mall which was great for snacks and water, dated, our carpet was gross, needs a good clean. It was a good hotel though all up

Very Good

The location and the views from our room, we could see the Nile and Elephantine island from our room. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially when our suitcases did not arrive to Aswan, they called the airport to arrange the delivery.

We were at the last floor and it was still noisy. The traffic in Aswan is crazy even at night, so it was a bit difficult to have a proper sleep. Better isolation would help. We arranged with the hotel a taxi to pick us up from the airport but the driver never showed up.

Great hoteal at reasonable price

Location was very good, the room was much bigger than expected with everything you might need for a short stay. It was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the staff was lovely.

Only comment i have is that i needed transportation from the hotel to Aswan Airport, and to avoid scams on the street i requested the ride in reception and i was charged 950 egyptian pounds, later i found out a taxi cab on the street would've charged me 180 Egyptian pounds. There is no Uber service in Aswan, tip: use In Drive app

Minor tweeks

The greeting at reception was great in the early hours of the morning. I’ve stayed here many times before and love the location . We had a problem with the shower that was fixed instantly.

The breakfast staff need a rocket up then. Their main job was to keep the food warm and all was mostly cold and I told them. There should also be a choice of fresh fruit and better quality juices. My biggest issue was with the girl in guest relations, Martina I think, why is quoting foreign guests €50 dollars for boats to elephantine. I had it out with her and she made excuses but eventually backed down when I said I’d report her which I’m doing now because of her surly attitude. A real let down to my stay

Nice room with a view, comfortable stay.

The triple suite had two separate bedrooms, both with a balcony and Nile River view. Breakfast was great in a massive room with large windows. There was a very efficient AC, and large bathroom.

No top sheet and the quilts are hot, but the AC is freezing.

Incredibly view.

Good location with an incredible view. Very specious room. Stuff very polite and helpful. Bed very comfortable and clean. On the second day we had a nice treat, a tray with fruits was waiting for us in our room. At the breakfast, they omelettes on the spot upon request.

The couches inside the room were dirty and full of stains. Carpet was also not so clean. Bathroom too small and not so clean. No one warned us about the hot water and we ended up having cold showers - you need to switch the hot water on 20' before to have a proper shower. Even with the balcony door and windows closed, mosquitoes were everywhere in the room, specially in the bathroom.

Staff were lovely and the view over the nile was great

Carpet in the room needed a good vaccum and clean. It was visibly dirty. Bathroom also didnt appear to be cleaned properly (still soap residue on the soap holder in the shower)

Location was excellent, with fantastic views of the Corniche...

Location was excellent, with fantastic views of the Corniche and river. Good breakfast included. Staff helpful, though not well versed in English. Rooms with balconies a bonus.

The room felt a little dirty, the linens were worn and dirty looking. Sliding door onto balcony didn’t lock.

Good hotel

We were kindly upgraded to a two bed room unit. It is spacious and clean. The staff were kind, and we were quite happy staying here. The only thing that we feel that they should perhaps improve is that there should be a fixed and consistent rates for extra services offered, in our case, the private car hire to places. The rates seem to change depending on who is managing the desk that day. So we eventually went somewhere else for this service.

Faiorly disappointed.

The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable.

Most of the staff spoke very little English and communication was a problem. They would provide only one access key per room although there were three persons in one of the rooms. When eventually they agreed to provide a second access key, they kept deactivating one of the keys. This required frequent trips to the reception to reactivate the key. We had paid for half-board. We expected a dinner buffet but when we checked in, we were advised it was a la carte. This was acceptable. However, when we went for dinner, we were restricted to a selected menu decided by the hotel staff. This obviously was not acceptable as they were dictating what we should be eating. After complaining vigorously about the state of affairs, they agreed to let us select our menu. From then on, the staff in the restaurant were very polite and accommodating. However, either the decent hotels in Aswan are overpriced or this hotel was overpriced. We paid a very high rate for this hotel. Not worth it.

The view of the hotel is excellent. And the female receptionist (don’t know her name) gave us a upgrade room to a suite. The room is comfortable.

The shower head leaks water so that the floor is super wet.

Delay at the check-in & cold room

Breakfast was OK & room was sufficiently loaded.

We arrived at 1.00am, it took 30 min to check us in despite the fact that we had made 100% advance payment. Our room was extraordinarily cold, we discovered there was a hole on the side wall that was leaking cold air in. Hote did nothing to resolve this issue.
